I ordered the caramel, chocolate, hazelnut Choux. This essentially hazelnut sable encrusted Choux bun with salted caramel, hazelnut and chocolate cream. On the best there is a crunchy chocolate base and dark chocolate disk.

The Choux is the great combination of sweet and salty. Inside the Choux there is a great amount of sweet and salty hazelnut custard inside the Choux. The first fews bite into this Choux is divine! It's a serious treats, but after a while it can be rather over whelming.

At B&P store, often they will make special desert off their menu
menu. When we were there, B&P had the eclair with their explosive cake touch, that is raspberry cream, raspberry marshmallow, fresh compote, chocolate crumb. This eclair is definitely rare patry that combine the best of eclair and B&P famous cake.

My friend ordered the Pistachio, Green tea, Yuzu jelly, Blackcurrant and White chocolate, which I should said very interesting mix of flavours. This cake is very delicate. The green tea sponge and cream so subtle The yuzu jelly, curd and pistachio cake were the prominent flavours, which was sensational.
